10 Reasons Why You Always Feel Tired
1: You don’t drink enough water
Dehydration occurs when free water loss exceeds free water intake, usually due to exercise or disease. Dehydration causes a reduction in blood volume. This requires your heart to pump less efficiently, reducing the speed at which oxygen and nutrients reach your muscles and organs.
2: You’re not consuming enough iron
Iron deficiency causes that you feel tired and weak. Because less oxygen travels to the muscles and cells. Your body needs iron to make a protein called hemoglobin. This protein is responsible for carrying oxygen to your body’s tissues, which is essential for your tissues and muscles to function effectively.

3: You’re a perfectionist
If you are perfectionist, you work harder and longer than necessary. You struggle achieving unrealistic goals. They are difficult or impossible to achieve. Finally. you feel tired both physically and mentally.

Disorganized desk restrict your ability to focus and you don’t think effectively. You feel tired mentally. So, at the end of each day, make sure that your work and personal items are organized well.

People-pleasing generally comes at the expense of your own energy and happiness. To say “yes ” although you want to say “no” exhausts your brain and you feel unhappy. When you are unhappy you feel tired. So, train yourself to say ‘no’ out loud.

Foods loaded with sugar and simple carbs rank high on the glycemic index , an indicator of how rapidly carbohydrates increase blood sugar. It is important that keep blood sugar steady by having a lean protein along with a whole grain at every meal.
