- 4-6 pieces Fish
- 1 clove Garliccrushed
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Peach
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powderchopped
- 7 oz Pineapple
- 1/2 small can Tomato Paste
- 1 Onionchopped
- 1 Lemon Juiceif desired
- 1 cup Waterif desired
- 1/2 large can Tomato Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
Healthy and delicious food. For fish lovers.
Mix half of the crushed garlic, fish cumin, salt and the lemon together and marinate the pieces of fish in the mix for a few minutes.
Brown the onion and the other half of the crushed garlic in the olive oil.
Add the tomato paste and tomato juice and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
Add the pieces of marinated fish to the sauce and cook on a low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cooked.
Serve the fish on a separate plate from the sauce so that the fish stays intact. Garnish with slices of lemons and serve.
