- 2 Ibs Beanstring
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 5-10 Chili
- 6 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 3 tablespoon Cooking Oil
- 150g Chili Garlic Sauce
One of the delicious vegetable meals.
Rinse the beans and cut them into 3-inch lenghts
Chop the garlic coarsely.
Slice the chilis and add oil to a wok on medium heat.
Put the garlic and chilis in the oil. Stir for a few minutes until the garlic just starts to brown.
Turn up the heat to high and immediately add the string beans.
Stir-fry for about 3 minutes and then add the fish sauce.
Stir-fry for another 5 minutes. Sample one bean. It should be cooked but still crunchy. Add garlic sauce to taste.
